Fitness designed for women! Pole dancing incorporates a perfect mix of sensual movement, pole work, floor work, strength and flexibility training for a phenomenal full-body workout. Our certified pole dance instructors teach new pole "tricks" every week, striptease routines, increase muscle tone while feeling good and find your inner goddess!
Classes are small which allow for individual instruction, and all classes are private: the gym is closed during pole classes. Beginner, intermediate and advanced levels are available.
